UAEM students have bad eating habits


University students do not have good eating habits, for example: 
  1. they don't have breakfast in the morning
  2. They don't drink water to have good circulation 
  3. they eat fast food
  4. some students smoke and eat nothing


How to help students change their habits?
Six tips yo improve your eating habits 

  • Drinks water on an empty stomach, this is good four your body and your brain. 
  • Have a light breakfast before living your house 
  • Eat lots of fruits during the day.
  • Drink pently of water and don't drink juices and soda.
  • Don't eat fatty food.
  • Eat salads during lunch and healthy food. 


My opinion

It is important to take care of our eating habits as students and we spend a lot of time at school, it is bad not to eat anything and it is also bad xomer. skip junk it is important to take care of our health
